President, Pakistan Eye Bank Society
The movement of eye donation and cornea transplant started in 1968 with no resources, no office, and no assets, but with a determination to restore sight to the corneally blind. I have given 58 years of my life to this movement, which has now turned into a centre of excellence under the name of PEBS Hospital, with several healthcare units. However, the aim is much higher – from healthcare services to primary research as well.
The dedicated individuals who volunteer their time and expertise to guide PEBS Hospital's strategic direction.

Individuals whose unwavering support and generosity have been instrumental in advancing our mission.
It gives me a great sense of satisfaction that my association with Pakistan Eye Bank Society has developed into a strong long-term partnership towards health services. Since decades, I have witnessed the progression of PEBS excelling in all areas of community development. The team is, of course instrumental in embarking on projects leading to health care of patients specially the financially weaker ones.
Oral Cancer Surgery Unit is fast becoming a Center of Excellence and its expertise is being recognized at local and global level. I am highly appreciative of the state-of-the-art surgeries of this Unit, the number of which has now reached to around 400 this year.
My sincere appreciation to all those associated with Pakistan Eye Bank Society in promoting the cause of quality medical treatment for all.
It is a privilege to be associated with Pakistan Eye Bank Society to support its mission of delivering accessible and quality healthcare to underserved communities. I am proud to be a part of this great institution.
The Dialysis Unit is providing quality Dialysis facility, free of cost to the patients who now come from far flung areas to take the benefit of high-quality care. The PEBS team performs every assignment with passion and dedication.
As PEBS advances its initiatives and expands its impact, I remain confident in the organization’s ability to bring meaningful change to countless individuals and families. It is an honor to support an institution that stands as a beacon of hope and service in our community.
Our association with Pakistan Eye Bank Society has steadily grown into a strong partnership. Our team members, who are away from their country of origin have deep feelings and bonding for their fellow country folk. With these emotions and sense of belonging, we formed an alliance with PEBS to take care of the medical needs of people living in remote areas of Sindh and Punjab.
Entering into the third year, our motto of “Gift of Vision” has converted into “Gift of Life”. Thousands of needy patients have seen light of day through successful eye surgeries performed by highly professional team of PEBS Hospital.
We are proud to be part of this journey and remain committed to expanding access, improving health outcomes, and empowering communities through sustained action.
My association with PEBS spans to decades, during which I have witnessed the institution evolve with clarity of purpose and a consistent commitment to public welfare. What continues to inspire my support is PEBS’ ability to respond to emerging healthcare needs with responsibility, transparency, and a long-term vision for community well-being.
Over the years, PEBS has strengthened its outreach, modernized its services, and continued to uphold the values that define its foundation. It is gratifying to see PEBS progress with such discipline and integrity. I remain committed to standing alongside the organization as it advances its mission.
Together, we can bring quality healthcare to every corner of Pakistan. Your support makes a real difference.
